Transportation
Flight Information:
Transportation to/from the Cancun International (CUN) airport and Resort is complimentary as part of your RP Package.
You must fill out the Transportation form below (even if you have already sent in your flight information with your reservation) through the RP App. This form will go directly to our transport company.

Representatives of Royal Passover will be waiting outside the terminal with signs (after customs and luggage pickup). Please provide the attendant with the head of the household’s first and last name. You will then be directed to your vehicle.
Departure – 3Hr before your flight (as provided to us). Private vans or Charter buses will transport you back to the Cancun International Airport
Arrival
Upon arrival at The SLS Playa Mujeres, Mexico, please ensure all your luggage is unloaded and given to the resort’s bellman to be set aside for you to take up to your room. You may then proceed to the check-in center with each guest’s passport to confirm it matches the reservation information.
The Royal Passover Hospitality desk will be located in the main lobby entrance.
Hotel check-in will be available at all hours and the hospitality desk (Cabana pickup, Minunu Babysitting & Royal Dining info) will be open

KIDIS - The Royal Kids Day Camp
The Royal Kidis Day Camp/Day Care offers a fun filled experience for your little ones.
Operating daily from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, the camp will be divided into age-specific groups:
Day Care: 0-18 months
Day Care: 19 months – 2 Yrs
Day Camp: 3-4 Yr Boys / Girls
Day Camp: 5-6 Yr Boys / Girls
Day Camp: 7-8 Yr Boys / Girls
Day Camp: 9-10 Yr Boys / Girls

Teen Zone - The ROYAL TEENS Club
Our Teen Program for ages 13 -17 will revolutionize the Teen Pesach hotel scene! With stellar teen programming, thrilling adventurous trips, and unforgettable nights your teens are sure to come back asking for more!

ATV’s & Zip Line Jungle Tour – Tuesday, April 15 – Departs at 12:00pm- Returns at 5pm
Experience the thrill of the jungle on this exciting tour! Enjoy an action-packed circuit featuring three exhilarating ziplines and a scenic hanging bridge, all in approximately two hours.
Dolphin Swim – Thursday, April 17 – Departs at 1:00pm- Returns 5pm
Dive into an afternoon of fun and excitement! Start with a full dolphin encounter experience, where you’ll get up close and swim with these incredible creatures. Get ready for a day you’ll never forget!

Kids Lunch Program
This year, we are excited to introduce a lunch experience for our RP kids, designed
to give parents more time to enjoy their vacation to the max. From 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM
daily (except Shabbat lunch) we will offer a dedicated Kids-only Restaurant and Activity zone. Special team members
will walk the children to the lunch area, where they can choose from a dairy or meat option.
With activities and supervision provided, kids can enjoy their lunch and have fun, while parents
can relax-whether at the spa, beach, or pool-without needing to pause. After lunch, the kids
will be safely escorted back to KIDIS camp. No parental interruptions, just pure vacation!

where you can find detailed descriptions and pricing for day trips and water sports.

Royal Water Taxi

Koach Tzvika supports widows and orphans whose loved ones have died protecting our nation.
As we celebrate Yom Tov, we ask our guests to welcome and embrace these courageous
families as they join us as cherished guests of honor. We stand with Israel, today and forever.
Since October 7, 2024, the Royal Passover Fund has been supporting frontline soldiers
with events like twice-weekly BBQs, hospital visits, and gifts for affected families.
Please consider a tax-deductible donation to Koach Tzvika to help continue this vital
work and support those who have sacrificed so much for our country’s security.

Gratuities
Your room rate includes all hotel taxes and fees. Gratuities for housekeeping, bell
staff, and waiters are not included or required but are greatly appreciated.
Tips to the Day Camp counselors are strongly encouraged.
Tips for KIDIS Day Camp / Day Care & Teens should be given directly to
the Day Camp director ‘Lisa Lancry’ in the Day Camp
Aliyot on Shabbat and Yom Tov – עליות & כיבודים donations from Shabbat and Yom tov minyanim will assist a few worthy organizations.
Ashkenaz, Sephardic & Chabad minyan – donations should be sent to RP Fund – Koach Tzvika. All donations are tax deductible.

Special Requests
If you have any special dietary restrictions or food allergies, kindly let us know, to
ensure proper arrangements prior to your arrival. We love celebrating birthdays and anniversaries at Royal. Please let us know if
someone in your group is celebrating a birthday or anniversary and we will make sure to surprise them with a special dessert. All requests must be in by March 29, 2025 so that our kitchen staff can be adequately prepared

Things to know before you arrive
Seating Arrangements:
All seating arrangements are done in advance. Each family will be assigned a table in one of our ballrooms that will be yours for the duration of the program. If you have designated a family or group you would like to be seated near, we will do our best to accommodate all these seating requests

Private / Semi – Private Seders:
Information on the location of your private or semi-private seders (if you reserved in advance) will be available outside the main ballrooms. For private seders, you will find your name at the entrance to
your private room or area.
Minyanim:
There will be 3 minyanim daily- Ashkenazi, Sepharadi and Chabad- check RP App for Schedule times and location.
Dress Code:
Royal Passover is a religious and family friendly program and in order to maintain our standard of religiosity we are asking our guests to respect the sanctity of the Chag by adhering to the following requests:
We ask that all of our guests be dressed modestly in all ballrooms, restaurants and indoor bars. Women should have on a cover up, shirt or dress, and men should be wearing a shirt and shorts. (Sport – bras and bathing suits without a coverup will not be allowed in any indoor food areas).
Laundry:
Laundry will be available through the hotel. Please contact the concierge for laundry pickup. You can also access the concierge directly on the RP App
Mikvah:

Eruv:
The Eruv will extend from the Security Gate Entrance in front of the hotel to the beach, encompassing the entire resort.
Shabbat / Yom Tov Elevator Attendant:
Shabbat and Yom Tov Attendants will be available for entry into your room and to assist with the Shabbat Elevators.
Private Medical Assistance:
For medical assistance, please visit the concierge to make an appointment with the hotel doctor. An In- house Royal Passover Doctor will be available as well for any illnesses over Passover,

Social Media:
All photos taken are the property of Royal Passover and may be published
